Hi PHIT Society community! We wanted to give you a quick heads up around our new workshop series - PHIT Society Evolve. These workshops will be monthly and you can sign up at the eventbrite link here (also in our social bios). This month's 90-minute workshop focuses on goal setting with critical awareness to set fitness and health-related goals rooted in body liberation. We will identify the differences between diet culture and body liberation, practice critical awareness as we dig into goal setting, and connect with others in a respectful environment. We have a sliding scale model to make the workshops accessible to as many people as possible. Let's evolve together!
