Every week I share a little bonus, behind the scenes if you will - of what I'm thinking, doing or working on. Today's bonus is a reflection and reminder that representation matters. In catching up with a dear friend, I recalled that she was the first woman I ever knew that was charting her own path that included both family and work. SHE TOOK SUMMERS OFF WITH HER KIDS! That's a thing! 

Three years later, we are on my back porch and I share that with her. This episode are my thoughts moments after.
