Alongside City Gate Church, we were lucky enough to have author, speaker and professor of psychology Richard Beck join us to talk about his new book 'The Shape of Joy' and to answer some questions.

At around 43 minutes, Richard begins responding to audience questions - these were not picked up on the recordings but Richard was asked about what humility looks like, whether we need introspection in order to become more outward looking, the risks of humility and the contrast between joy and suffering.
