I did this exercise on a client call yesterday. As I clipped it to send her I thought - why not gift it to all of you, too!

The energy has been a bit intense lately. It's bringing a lot of inner gunk (old emotions and fears) to the surface to be cleansed and released. For those that aren't aware of the energy, you may be experiencing this time with feelings like increased anxiety, fear, and confusion.

There's nothing wrong with you! You're just being guided to purge all that no longer serves your highest life path.
