I have been trying to record this episode since this podcast launched. I have been nervous, hesitant and emotional about having to bring up some personal things that have happened in my life but with everything that has happened this past week in the world, it gave me the courage to finally press record. 

What I have learned from my grief and the grief of losing someone so close is that tomorrow is not guaranteed. We cannot wait for tomorrow because as we saw plastered across the news, we can't count on the luxury of getting home safely. 

This has been an extremely hard episode to record, but it has been very therapeutic for me to do it. I hope if you're been thinking "I'll start that new thing next year..." lately, that this episode will encourage you to just START TODAY.
