An interview with leading human systems thinker, Barry Oshry.  In 2013,Oshry created the Worldwide Week of Partnership.  After learning about the holocaust as a child, he has pursued a life-long quest to cultivate partnership in human systems. He is the developer of the Power Lab, the Organization Workshop on Creating Partnership, and When Cultures Meet. Barry is the author of Seeing Systems, Leading Systems, In The Middle, and Space Work. The Worldwide Week of Partnership, intended to offer pro bono partnership events to educational, charitable, advocacy, and service organizations worldwide.
