holy cow i think this is my favorite episode so far! it's got everything! laughter! sadness! gail! what more could ya want?

i call gail this week and she hangs up on me for recording her, then gives me some good advice on how to feel better. hint: it's about enjoying the sun while it shines!

then i continue my talk with my buddy wes who sings for the lumineers. we dive deep into dealing with everyday distractions. he tells me there's nothin more honest than the truth and we come to the conclusion that we need to be vampires and suck the blood out of the world around us in order to create and live forever through our creations. get into it!
