I learned how to read when I was 25 years old. I struggled with anxiety and depression until I was 45 years old. I am on a spiritual journey that is difficult to explain, I can feel all of my chakras and the energies of people around me. At times, my sensitivity is stronger than others. This program was created in a way that each week builds on the prior week. Anxiety is easy to address within the first three weeks. Depression is a much bigger mountain to climb, but this program will put people on the path to eliminate depression in the next two years. I am willing to share my personal stories about how I freed myself from old negative core beliefs that were causing me pain. These stories are universal, meaning that everyone has old negative core beliefs that are causing them pain. This is where most of our negative thoughts and emotions derive from. My program is designed to go to the source of the negative self-talk and remove it.
