Ken has 22 years of leadership and pastoral experience. Before entering ministry, he managed corporate franchises and coached high school basketball.

He aims to help leaders achieve their best version of themselves and ensure their teams thrive.

Ken lives in Austin, TX, with his wife, Ashley, and their children, Isaac (7) and Madelyn (5). They celebrated 17 years of marriage in June this year. With a passion for excellence and hands-on experience in building strong, dynamic, and flexible organizations, Ken brings a unique blend of pastoral and leadership skills to the table.

Ken has been a public speaker for a living for non-profit churches for 20 years, averaging 25 talks per year for audiences ranging from 25-5000.
