Michael is a veteran of the US Army and has held executive roles in technology, construction and real estate companies, from start-up to S&P 500. He is a frequent speaker on leadership, as well as building great company culture.

As one of the creators behind Protiv, founded in 2021, Michael aims to empower companies to build a culture of performance.
