As the founder of CONNECT Meditation and a certified meditation teacher, I’m here to offer your audience more than just a conversation about mindfulness and meditation—I’m here to provide them with practical, science-backed tools and insights that can genuinely transform their lives. My approach blends ancient eastern wisdom with modern science, making mindfulness accessible and relevant to today's fast-paced world.

Raised in India and now based in Boston, my journey with meditation began at a young age, guided by the rich cultural traditions of my upbringing. Over the years, I’ve integrated this deep-rooted knowledge with my professional background in corporate human resources, learning and development, and life coaching. This unique combination allows me to connect deeply with both individual practitioners and corporate teams, making me an ideal guest for podcasts focused on personal development, mental health, workplace wellness, and productivity.

Sonal is a certified meditation teacher and the founder of CONNECT Meditation. In her workshops and sessions, she blends ancient Eastern wisdom with modern science to make mindfulness accessible to today’s practitioners.
