They say - whoever the “they” are - that sixty percent of your mental health can be improved by physical exercise, sleeping well, and eating right. These three things will do more for your mental health than medication or therapy. Would you suspect that to be true? If you answered “yes,” then why the fuck are you not doing it every day? Why do you think you can slack off and not do it? Do you like being miserable? Do you? Oh! Well, that explains a lot. Never mind.
Reflections
Was that sarcasm? I am just not sure. Is the author telling himself this stuff, or is it me? This is so confusing. Am I confused?
Daily Challenge
Set a schedule where you go for one long walk (20 minutes) or two short walks (two ten-minute walks) each day. Maybe you can listen to the Sober Pod Recovery Podcast during those walks? And rate and review, of course!
