Today I wanted to share a book I'm reading called Tribes by Seth Godin.

Tribes are so important in today's society, belonging to a tribe can influence and shape your personal and working life. 

In particular, this book is great for leaders and managers, whether you lead at work, as a parent, or amongst friends and family.
