When anxiety shows up, you don’t always have to fight it, fix it, or make it disappear.
This gentle grounding meditation gives anxiety a place to sit while you reconnect with what’s happening around you right now. Using natural breathing, sensory grounding, and simple awareness of your body and surroundings, you’ll be guided back to the present moment without pressure to feel any particular way.
There’s nothing you need to do perfectly. You can keep your eyes open, move if you need to, and follow along in whatever way feels comfortable for you.
Use this meditation when you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, unsettled, or simply need a few minutes to reconnect with the here and now.

Take a few minutes to slow down, reconnect with your body, and release some of the weight you’ve been carrying.
This gentle body scan meditation guides you through your breath and body, helping you notice areas of tension, soften where you can, and reconnect with the support beneath you.
There’s nothing you need to accomplish and no “perfect” way to relax. Just find a comfortable position and give yourself a few quiet minutes to be present.
This meditation can be used when you’re feeling stressed, overwhelmed, tense, or simply need a moment to reconnect with yourself before moving on with your day.

Sometimes you don’t realize how much of yourself you’ve lost until little pieces of you start coming back.
In this episode, I’m talking about the slow erosion of self that can happen when so much of your energy is spent navigating someone else’s emotions, behaviors, and recovery. I share what that looked like for me, how I began questioning my own worth, and what I’m noticing now, two months into separation.
Because while some old betrayal trauma triggers have resurfaced, something else has been showing up too: me.
Turns out, she was still in there. And she’s starting to get pretty fing loud.

Sometimes progress doesn’t mean the alarm stops sounding. It means we respond differently when it does.
In this episode, I share a recent experience with my ex that brought back an old, familiar pattern: breadcrumbs of information, fear, anger, and that instinct to respond when the alarm sounds.
The feelings still came. My body still reacted. But this time, I maintained my boundaries, worked through my emotions, and made different choices.
That’s progress.

It’s no secret that I’ve made about kabillion mistakes on my journey to emotional sobriety, and one of them included my amends.
Initially, I wanted to apologize to everyone. Like, every single person imaginable. Where’s that cross? Let me fall on it.
