King Bookie is back with her college friend , Chantelle B. to discuss everything under the sun from hilarious college memories, business resources, and unfortunate instances with DEI in organizations. Although we still donât understand why we as black women continuously pursue degrees after wild experiences, it works for us . (As well as an open and honest therapist.)
The court extends a congratulations to Chantelle Broughton as she obtains her doctoral degree in May. This episode is dedicated to Mr. D and other staff members and professionals along our journey that made it a safe space.
Some Life Lessons for the court:
-All things black because rounded representation matters.
- Use your network and resources to solidify your personal community.
- Life/Career/Education can get a lilâ messy so, your counterparts may be medicated.
- Weâve all slid down the wall, but not at work.
- Always foster âold youâ as âOld youâ is your core. Your first mind is your life changer.
- Passive Income + Family assists with the road to build generational wealth.

Youâve inquired and she heard! In the spirit of New Year, New MeâŠ.
King Bookie is back to complete Season 3 after a 3 year hiatus. After seven years with her royal court, sheâs gone from baby voice to full-grown voice. Apologetically, she expresses how she is back and better after her absence. She recounts her experiences with solitude, confusion, triumph, set back to getting another degree.
Nonetheless, she is surprising the royal courts with guests to complete the season. Stay Tuned.
