This episode is 3 chapters long to encompass the most difficult chapters of the book, trauma-wise. Detective Anna’s past becomes her present as she’s attacked, Oliver calls her partner for a search and rescue, and we actually witness Anna’s trauma on page.

There is a happy ending of sorts to these chapters and more to come as the story progresses, so bear with me. All the warnings are mentioned in the beginning of the episode to fully prepare you before you listen in, so make sure you pay attention to those and whether or not you can handle the content.
