1. For your options that you wrote down from yesterday, narrow it down to three possible choices. 
2. What is the worst possible scenario that could happen if you fail during this venture?  What is the best thing you can imagine that can happen? Are you willing to move forward with this in mind?
3. Think about the formula that Dave created to build up momentum. Is there anything in your life that you are passionate enough about to maintain focused intensity over time?

In today's episode we cover Dr. Stephen Covey's 4 quadrant system, and tips for making decisions. 

1. Think about everything you are doing.  Which quadrant do they fall into?  For the quadrant 3 and 4 activities, think about how you can get rid of them and for the one activities, after you’re finished with them how can you turn it into something you can make a quadrant 2 activity.  An example for this is if you failed to get an oil change and so you had to replace the engine, you’d ensure you did oil changes.  Or if you didnt take care of your health and you ended up at the hospital, you’d focus on your health. 
2. What is a big decision you’re facing right now, that you don’t know what the right thing to do is?
3. Think about options you have for question number 2.  Get in a quiet place, take a few deep breaths, and allow yourself to think creatively about other ways to solve that problem.

1. Start getting into a quiet place and think about what you want your personal mission statement to be.  This can be a work of progress and take weeks or months. That is 100% ok. The important thing is you’re being honest with yourself.
2. What are some goals you have?  Make sure it is specific, measurable, time bound, and written down.  
3. Why, and I mean at your core level, do you want to achieve these goals?

Welcome to our 7th book, Entreleadership, written by the legendary Dave Ramsey. 

Shoremates, I understand that this book in particular may cause unknown feelings of shame or anger to arise.  If this is the case, that is 100% ok.  Subconsciously, there is a reason you feel that way, and by digging deeper you’ll make incredible strides forward. In one of the promotions for this book, comedian Jeff Foxworthy said that wisdom is a combination of knowledge plus scars.  Throughout the introduction, Dave is essentially pleading with you to listen to the lessons he has learned, as much of these lessons came through blood, sweat and tears.

1. Are you currently in a position of leadership?  Even if you are not, what are your current strengths and weaknesses?  What can you do, whether it is by hiring out or setting up a system similar to autopay, in order to reduce how much the weaknesses can effect your day to day life?
2. Are you passionate about what you’re currently doing? If not, what can      you do starting today to move towards an area you’re passionate in? 
3. What are your thoughts on servant leadership?  Does knowing that it actually isn’t being subservient change your thoughts on it?
