  • Unlocking the Hebraic Idioms of the Bible: Episode 38
Why did God tell Daniel to seal his prophecy until the time of the end? And what does Israel's prophetic future teach us about pride, suffering, spiritual deception, and our dependence on God? In this Hebraisms teaching, Pastor Brandon Holthaus examines Daniel 12 and the ancient Hebrew meaning of sealing a book. He explains how the book of Revelation provides greater understanding of Daniel's prophecies, including the final world empire, the Antichrist, the Tribulation, and God's future plans for Israel. Pastor Brandon also explores the biblical expression of breaking Israel's power, explaining how Israel's future trials connect to God's purpose of bringing His people to recognize Jesus Christ as their Messiah. But this message goes beyond biblical prophecy. It challenges believers to examine the deeper roots of personal struggles, spiritual bondage, pride, and self-reliance. Through the examples of Israel, Hosea, and Job, Pastor Brandon explains why God may allow hardship and how those experiences can reveal what is preventing us from growing into the people He created us to be. Are we simply asking God to remove our difficulties, or are we seeking to understand what He wants to teach us through them? **Scripture References:** Daniel 7, 11–12; Revelation 11–13, 22; Isaiah 28; Zechariah 12; Hosea; Job; Acts 20; Ezekiel 33; 2 Corinthians 12:9. • WHEN THE OLD PATHS LED US HOME
WHEN THE OLD PATHS LED US HOME.[The Traditions of Yesterday and the Truths We Must Never Lose] Jeremiah 6:16 KJV Using the history and simple traditions of Taylorsville, Georgia, my message from Jeremiah 6:16 explores the spiritual heritage of earlier generations and the biblical truths we must preserve. From old country stores and church homecomings to the faith passed down through families, we discover that although times change, God's Word and the Gospel of Jesus Christ remain the same. A call to remember our heritage, retain God's truth, and rekindle our faith for the next generation. "We cannot go back and live in yesterday, but we can take the God of yesterday with us into tomorrow!" The greatest treasure our forefathers left us wasn't an old building, an old store, or an old-fashioned way of life. It was the knowledge that there is a God in heaven, a Bible that can be trusted, and a Savior who can change a life. We cannot bring back yesterday, but we can bring its godly principles into tomorrow.

  • Wicked Haman-Pt 2
This Bible Study continues to examine the narrative of Haman's rise and fall in the book of Esther, highlighting the divine orchestration behind the deliverance of the Jewish people. It traces the progression from Esther's courageous approach to the king to Haman's escalating hatred and eventual humiliation, emphasizing that God's protection extends to His covenant people regardless of their circumstances. The teaching connects the historical account to the theological principle that those who oppose God's people will ultimately face judgment, as illustrated by Haman's demise on the gallows he built for Mordecai. The Bible Study concludes by drawing a parallel between the physical protection of Israel and the spiritual security believers have in Christ, affirming that nothing can separate them from God's love.

  • Pt 13, Revelation 4:6-11, Worship In Heaven
In Part 13 of the Revelation Unraveled series, Pastor Byron Chesney continues John's vision of heaven in Revelation 4:6–11. Around the throne, the living creatures continually declare, "Holy, holy, holy," while the twenty-four elders fall down in worship and cast their crowns before God. This message examines the holiness and worthiness of God, the true purpose of worship, and the powerful reminder that we were created not for ourselves, but "for His pleasure" and His glory.

  • Samuel: Called by God to Faith
Samuel was raised up to show faithfulness in a faithless time. The existing leadership, Eli's sons, had no regard for the Lord and so led to appease their flesh rather than God. For this blasphemy, God condemned Eli's house and promised to raise a more faithful leader. Samuel, then, is raised up to fulfill in their stead. But while at first he didn't know God, once he heard God's voice, he responded in faith, "Here I am". This demonstrates that true knowledge of God comes through His direct voice, transforming the believer's response from ignorance to devoted obedience. Finally, Samuel's life is a model for faithfulness in that we must unapologetically present God's word,. But if we do, like Samuel, God will ensure that His message remains established and effective despite personal cost or opposition.

  • When God's Soldiers Forget Who the Enemy Is!
When God's Soldiers Forget Who the Enemy Is!. WE'VE GOT THE ARMOUR—BUT WE'RE FIGHTING EACH OTHER! Eph. 6:10–18 KJV My message tells the story of Christians who have studied God's Word, learned about spiritual warfare, and put on the appearance of soldiers—but have forgotten how to love and protect one another. Christians who know their Bibles and can identify every piece of spiritual Armour. Yet a brother has been neglected for years, and a sister sits in church silently carrying her fears. The enemy doesn't have to defeat a church from the outside but insideGod did not give His church spiritual Armour so Christians could destroy one another. He gave us Armour to withstand the devil, stand firm in the faith, and serve together under Jesus Christ.God has provided His people with the whole Armour of God, but what happens when Christians begin fighting one another instead of standing together against the real enemy? This message challenges believers to examine their hearts, restore broken fellowship, encourage the wounded, and remember that our ultimate spiritual battle is not against flesh and blood.Don't leave your brother on the battlefield. Your brother is not your ultimate enemy. Your sister is not your ultimate enemy. The devil is your enemy, and Jesus Christ is your victory! There was a day when every one of us who has been saved was helpless in sin. We could not save ourselves. But Jesus came to rescue us.Above all, it points listeners to Jesus Christ, whose death, burial, and resurrection provide the only way of salvation.Put on the whole Armour of God. Stand firm in His truth. Lift up the wounded. Forgive one another. And stand together for the glory of Jesus Christ!
