We have an Aaron Judge ‘cheating scandal’ on our hands. Judge was seen glancing at the Yankees dugout just before he hit a 467 foot HR. There was some type of information being relayed to Judge from the dugout. Judge’s explanation that he heard some players ‘chirping’ doesn’t seem legit. Now, if the pitcher was just tipping pitches and players were relaying that to him, that’s fine. The only way it would be cheating would be if he was somehow using the pitchcom to know what pitch was coming. When he rounded first base after the second HR he pointed into the dugout. Jerry is here for his first update and starts with audio of Aaron Boone getting thrown out of the game because of low strike calls on Judge. Then Judge blasts his second HR of the game. We heard from Judge as to why he was looking into the dugout before the HR. Boone also explained why he thought Judge was looking into the dugout. The Blue Jays Manager said he saw it and it was ‘kind of odd’. The Mets lost to the Nationals and Francisco Alvarez was picked off first base with the bases loaded and two outs.
