The Nets won again, beating the Rockets in Houston. The Lakers retired Pau Gasol’s number last night and he talked about playing with Kobe. Clippers owner Steve Ballmer is pumped about all the toilets in the new arena they are building. In the final segment of the hour, Gio said Daniel Jones should thank the Vikings defensive coordinator for his huge contract. Boomer thinks this Daniel Jones contract puts Saquon Barkley in a weird spot because the Giants have all the leverage on him now. 

Hour 2:

Lamar Jackson got the non-exclusive franchise tag. The Atlanta Falcons made sense as a destination, but many sources say the Falcons are not interested at all. Boomer said the issue right now with Lamar Jackson is he doesn’t have an agent. No teams seem interested in the former MVP. Jerry returns for an update and they talk about Aaron Rodgers and the Jets. Jerry returns for an update but first we talked about both Boomer and Gio doing some sort of fast. Gio is craving pan fried dumplings. The Knicks lost to the lowly Hornets last night, ending their nine game winning streak. Charles Barkley said Kendrick Perkins take on white players and the MVP award is asinine. JJ Redick also called out Perkins for his take. Perkins said he’s just stating the facts. Jerry goes around the NHL for the locals. In the final segment of the hour, we listen to a few callers who have chants to get Aaron Rodgers to the Jets.
