Gio asks Jerry if he has an autograph experience that was cool. We talked about how uncomfortable it was when we had John Randle on the show. Gio loved him as a kid, but Boomer thought he was a dirty player, so it made for an uncomfortable interview.

When you get to a certain level of salary in sports, you’re not allowed to fail, and if you do, you’ll hear it. So far he has not been the same player he normally is. The Mets are still winning games with Alonso and the pitching really standing out. The Mets plan on playing Jeff McNeil some in center field. Gio doesn’t understand the Mets obsession with him.

C-Lo returns for an update, but first we talked about martinis. We heard audio of Aaron Rodgers on with McAfee talking about his meeting with the Jets, which was brief and did not go well. The Yankees beat the Rays, but Jazz Chisholm was tossed for arguing balls and strikes. The Mets beat the Cardinals and the Mets scored a run as Francisco Lindor got hung up in a rundown. Last night was Sam Rosen’s final Rangers game.

The Knicks and Pistons series gets underway tomorrow. Gio said he got bored during the Knicks regular season. That’s how good they were this year. Gio thinks the Knicks will win in six, but can they compete with the Celtics if they move on. We also have to think about how beat up the Knicks will get by the very physical Pistons. The fans will be highly engaged now and they are going to be focused on Karl-Anthony Towns and how he performs. The fans have a different love affair with this team compared to last year.

C-Lo has the audio from Rogers on McAfee about his experience with Glenn.

We started with Aaron Rodgers’ appearance on Pat McAfee where he talked about the brief meeting he had with Aaron Glenn and Darren Mougey. He felt Glenn went a little rogue in the meeting based on his previous conversations with the Jets and Mougey calling him after. Everything Rodgers described in his meeting with Glenn is believable from what we’ve seen with Glenn so far. Rodgers had great things to say about Brian Daboll.
