A lot went on with NFL free agency yesterday, in particular, Saquon Barkley going to the Eagles and the beef situation between him and Tiki Barber. Gio said this will not change anything as the Eagles have had no problem with the Giants without Saquon. The Giants also got LB Brian Burns from the Panthers. Boomer said Tiki was being tongue in cheek when he was saying he was dead to him for joining the Eagles. Jerry is here for his first update of the day and starts with audio from Evan and Tiki reacting to Saquon’s tweets about Tiki. Gerrit Cole has an elbow issue and is awaiting MRI results. He did 71 interviews including Roger Goodell, Robert Kraft, Bill Belichick and Tom Brady. We did a second segment with Matt, moving Jerry to the third segment this hour. Boomer asked Matt why he thought Tom Brady wanted to leave and win a Super Bowl with another team. Gio compared the Patriots to a BLT. In the final segment of the hour, Aaron Jones is going from the Packers to the Vikings.
