No matter who you are or where you are, this is a day to give sincere gratitude for our blessings. 

...........and the changes are here to stay.  The grown-ups need to change or get lost in the shuffle!

What a breakthrough year!  So many post WW2 ideas, innovations, and research projects are  beginning to take hold and show their potential.

A look at the first 7 years of the Boomer era, summarizing the achievements and accomplishments along the way. From the breaking of the sound barrier to the discovery of the structure of DNA, it is a period of groundbreaking discoveries.

Post war booming economy.  Eisenhower elected.  Middle class growth is exploding. A great time to be a TV salesman...15 million this year!  Life is good....but....Senator Joe McCarthy makes his mark...... with his idea of  justice. An example of the media running wild?

It was a surprisingly momentous year. An economy growing stronger, in spite of a rogue senator creating an hysterical search for communists hiding around  every rock.  Did the media storm of the early 50s sew the seeds of today's media?  Some would say, "YES, indeed!"
