As we launch into another round, we start today with episode 101.  For the next hundred episodes we will focus on rising up out of this pandemic to ensure we are a better version of ourselves when we discover our new normal. I am so excited to share that the most popular episode in the first 99 was #27 titled "Lead by Example."  Today I take this example and add even more detail as it is critical as a BOOMLeader to be the difference maker in your organization and surround yourself with difference makers.
