This past weekend was a lot.

Fights at the Pride Parades, Rapper Rick Ross crew get into altercation in Vancouver, Canada, The BET Awards, The Awards was cool… but, Childish Gambino raised a great point. How do he has more Grammys than Will Smith & the same amount of (B)lack (E)ntertainment (T)elevision Awards as Sam Smith?🤔

The fact that they muted Usher for majority of his exception speech is questionable… 🤨 Don’t get me started on the push on saying this is “Our Culture” haven’t really heard from the Vice President of USA in forever but when it’s time to vote she is on a FACETIME call quoting “Not Like Us”encouraging people to VOTE!? 🥴

A lot of talk is going around in my Crab in the Barrel city of Chicago. Saying that “Chicago has nothing to offer you as an Artist” that’s CAP!!!! It’s plenty platforms out in the city that break their necks for Artists I am included! I saw a status and this was today’s topic! BE THE CHANGE YOU WISH TO SEE IN THE WORLD‼️

Monday Night at InnJoy was a Star Studded night for the artists. Had Mz. Aminah & Mega Star dropping so many GEMS 💎 for the artists & entrepreneurs in the building, it was very informative & great to see so many in attendance soaking up the knowledge. Oh, did I mention that 2 Offishall was the DJ creating the VIBES for the night! Tune in & see what else happened on that night!

Gerry P goes and put his volunteer time in with Dr. Michael Airhart & organization Taste For The Homeless. Although there were a multiple number of people that sent in a request to volunteer their time to help the 501(c)3 through the email but, only 2 people showed up off of watching their social media! NO one came who sent in a email! Truly Sad but the job got done!!! Gerry P was there all 4 days... Who Are We as Human Beings If We Ignore The Suffering Of Others.
