I think we talked about Saturday Morning Cartoons in this one, like Garfield and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Orange isn't a good color for a professional sports team.

In our childhood Halloweens, we dressed up as Ghostbusters and Supermen and trick or treated our bags full of DumDums and Candy Corn. River Phoenix passed and the news was the exact same news as today's news: shootings, scandals, racism. Meanwhile, Nickelodeon threw a grown ups' cartoon right into the Doug & Rugrats mix. While activists were fighting against nonsensical cartoons on a college campus, Rob was making a bad faith argument in favor of his new favorite football movie — the one about the troubled quarterback, the cool freshman tailback, the illiterate linebacker, and the juicy D-lineman.
