Hennessy Sidecar 🍹:

• 2 oz Hennessy cognac
• 1 oz Cointreau or triple sec
• ¾ oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
• ¼–½ oz simple syrup, optional for sweetness
• Ice
• Sugar for the rim, optional
• Lemon twist or orange peel for garnish

Shake the Hennessy, orange liqueur, lemon juice, and optional syrup with ice. Strain into a chilled glass with a sugared rim and garnish. 🥃

🥃 What’s in Our Cup?

✨ The Pretty 🍓🍋‍🟩 ✨

🍓 2–3 fresh strawberries
🥃 2 oz reposado tequila
🍋‍🟩 ¾ oz fresh lime juice
🍯 ¼–½ oz agave syrup
🫧 1–2 oz club soda
🧊 Ice

How to make it:

Add the strawberries and agave to a cocktail shaker and muddle until juicy.

Add the tequila, fresh lime juice, and ice.

Shake well until chilled.

Strain into an ice-filled glass.

Top with club soda and give it a gentle stir.

Garnish with a fresh strawberry or lime wheel. For a little extra pretty, add a sugar + lime zest rim. ✨

🍹 The Cappadonna

Ingredients

2 oz reposado tequila

• ¾ oz fresh lime juice
• ½ oz fresh grapefruit juice
• ¼ oz agave nectar
• 1½–2 oz club soda
• Tajín + coarse salt for the rim (optional)
• Grapefruit or lime wheel for garnish
• Instructions

Rim a rocks glass with lime, then dip it in Tajín and coarse salt if using.

Add the tequila, lime juice, grapefruit juice, and agave to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.

Shake well.

Strain over fresh ice in your glass.

Top with club soda and give it a gentle stir.

Garnish with a grapefruit or lime wheel.

It’s crisp, citrusy, tequila-forward, and not overly sweet—perfect for Cappadonna. 🍊🥃📚
