Border To Border with Matt Josephs

Matt's only show this feast week includes World Cup updates, a UR vs Syracuse preview and other news & notes.

Mark has coached the JMU Dukes to 4-0 in dominant fashion. Up next for the Dukes? A trip to Chapel Hill to take on Richmond's own Armando Bacot and the top-ranked Tar Hells of North Carolina.

Matt continues our coverage of the Capital Cup. Nate Lynn of William & Mary football joins. Plus, some live updates of the second matchup between the Hokies and Monarchs, this time on the court.

Nate currently sits second amongst Tribe defenders in sacks. His four sacks are something he will look to increase this Saturday vs the Richmond Spiders at Robbins Stadium.

The local teams are the focus this hour. Rodney Ashby of VCU Radio and Richmond Spider offensive lineman Joe More are Matt's guests. Let's get ready for some hoops and pigskin in the capital city.

This weekend Joe and the rest of the Spider offensive line will look to keep the offense rolling in a matchup with the William & Mary Tribe. Today, he chatted with Matt.

Rodney and the VCU Rams have made the trip to Barclays where tonight they take on Arizona State Wildcats.

Blogs, stats, or whatever you need for college hoops, Ken Pomeroy is you guy. Today he joined Matt to talk some early season college basketball.

The Commanders are sadly the dysfunctional tire fire that keeps providing us with material. Tim Murray of VSiN and Kaelon Black of JMU football joins.

Kaelon and the Dukes have ran into a bit of trouble after their amazing 5-0 start, but that is to be expected in any team's first FBS season. He and the rest of JMU football head to Norfolk to take on rival ODU this Saturday.
