Pregnancy complications led Annalee Fuller to an emergency C-section at just 29 weeks followed by an 8 week NICU stay.

Annalee is from Utah where she lives with her husband, Seth and daughter, Lila. After graduating from college with a degree in exercise and wellness she started working as a personal trainer and prenatal fitness specialist.  In her healing journey, she has relied on her background in health and wellness and is a huge believer in the power of exercise, mindset, and nutrition to support maternal health.
