Didn't enjoy this!
The storyline could have been good and started well. However, I found the characters unbelievable and unlikeable. Too much gratuitous bad language in my opinion and I found that I began to intensely dislike the mother of the child who was portrayed as "evil". In my view, he was thoroughly let down by all the adults in his young life and - although I finished the book - I was extremely annoyed by the way in which the adults got to live happily ever after. Perhaps that's what the author intended? In which case she succeeded!

Really enjoyed this book well worth a read as good as Martina Cole any day

loved it finnished it in 2 days kept me gripped untill the end worth the listen

An addictive story. This book just drags you in,it leaves you wanting to read the next chapter
OK NOT GREAT
This book was a little disappointing for me. After reading the Mitchells and the O'Hara's I was expecting more. I was so disappointed with the end and felt the author just rushed to a conclusion. Annie Aldington was, as usual, great but maybe I am a little biased because I am a big fan. Hopefully Kimberley's other stand alone books will be more like that of her series.
