Wasn't sure that I would share this one but I had to... Your dreams are VERY important, to you & what comes with feeling your emotions. Your dreams give you a peak at what you aren't consciously able to see. ☺ This will definitely be something I'm going to talk more about in the future. Since recording this I've had many break throughs that support the ways that we can take advantage in our dreams by healing during & after dreamstate. As we realize our truths we naturally become more fearful and "suicidal"... DON'T DO IT. YOU DESERVE TO LIVE & MAKE THE BEST OF THIS LIFE AS THE SPIRITUAL BEING THAT YOU TRULY ARE.... I posted this to remind you of who I am and why I say that you are not alone. I've never had a real relationship with either of my parents and I spent my whole life in denial/ not identifying it until I couldn't take it any more (mentally). This was the process towards me letting go of what I thought I was, and honoring who I had become based on my circumstances... Just know that your parents/family members/ friends are vessels who were used as a tool, so that you could use your pain to understand the energy not needed & needed to create your new life... Honor your feelings and make conscious choices to be the same as what you love or move differently... The choice is always yours but make sure that it's for your souls highest good. Trauma interferes with the ability for the "victim" to be able to express themselves in a way that directly reflects what they are feeling emotionally. Therefore many times our lack of expression interferes with how we understand our own thoughts, feelings and emotions, making it that much more difficult for us to understand oursleves... When we rely on others to fill, correct or innerstand our emotions we simply set ourselves up for failure. Is it time to do better? What steps can you take to get to know your emotions better so that you don't seek outside validation? What can you do to validate your own emotions without relying on others so much? Here's a hint, our emotions are easier to organize when they have the opportunity to flow without being interrupted... Whatever you decide just make sure to not become your emotions, but allow them to communicate to you without negative self judgement... Be the change you wanna see... We need you to be YOU- unapologetically. They talking about us, but not talking to us... So be mindful of where you get your advice from, many haven't ever walked a mile in your shoes, so how can they trult help you? The things about us that we normally want so desperately to change, are normally the things that are a part of who we (subconsciously) understand ourselves to be. Be you to the fullest,  don't allow society or its celebrities or wannabes to continue to gaslight you into not becoming who you are supposed to become for you. Labels make you miss the message so don't get caught up in them, instead focus on the details as they help you figure out how to be YOU to the fullest. Much love!
