Today was a hard to see my reflection in the mirror for things I have sown from many moons and suns ago but I am a son of man and I am a son of God. 

I am working on finding safety in my sensations (phrase and embodiment from my partner Jas Nnenna), so that I can sit, hold and let what wants to flow come through me. I hope you enjoy this Pt. 2 episode.

Energy is where we last left it. 

In the last couple of weeks I realized that there were still 3 different versions of myself that I was carrying when I thought there was only 1. 

When we carry being the cause for other people's happiness, joy or safety the side effects are defensiveness, control, anger and ultimately resentment. 

This is why Death is the greatest gift there is :), said Jasmoon.

Why is it so hard to say sorry and then take responsibility for the change to make sure it won't happen again?

This isn’t really saying sorry at all. This is acknowledging you have done something wrong to get out of the guilt and shame you feel about the thing you have done.I am the king of saying sorry. Every opportunity I have there is always a thought to pass the hot potato to someone else.‘Passing the hot potato’ normally looks like me scapegoating or using the other person involved as my punching bag.In my daily experiment of The Whole Man I realize how abusive this characteristic is. I have also realized that this characteristic comes a lot from the belief I have always held that I have to carry everyone and everything I love in order to be a good man.But trying to carry all of these things has just led to more anxiety, trying to control every little thing and anger.I don’t have any answers just reflection but I think The Whole Man is patient and nurtures themselves in inner dialogue and external action.

Convergence is when two or more things come together to form a new whole. 

Both places of my life are a new whole, the before Jasmine time and my after Jasmine time. I spent the last 8 years really feeling ashamed and agonizing over all of the shitty things I did but lately things have been feeling different...

Why do I share what I believe to bring down what someone else believes? 

The whole point of sharing the viewpoint that I believe I am God was to take full responsibility for myself. I realized this podcast has become a deconstructionist podcast when I only ever meant to share my personal journey.

In episode one of the podcast I touched briefly on why I created BORNSAVED but after re-listening to I realized that I shared what it is but not its why.

I observed that I had accepted myself but not forgiven myself. Forgiveness defined as a formal release from guilt, obligation, and punishment. 

So here I am coming out openly as a lover of the christ that I am. I am openly a lover of the the kingdom that lives within me.

Moments like Will Smith slapping Chris Rock at the Oscars is a collective moment for all of us to look inside and engage with the war that lies in each of us. 

Most of us look at these moments as outside of ourselves to make ourselves feel better. The truth is that whatever is happening to another human is also happening to us.

Will we choose to be a creator or a servant. 

The choice is always ours.
