Last week traced Paul’s thinking that the good works we do flow from the grace that Jesus provides. In other words, the grace of God given to us through Jesus changes us so that we will want to do good works. The good works we do are not the basis of God’s approval, but a response to God’s approval of us due to Jesus work on our behalf.
