So I thought I would be helpful and tip the pizza delivery guy $10 for working through all this craziness and still providing us with food. I like to support local businesses, so that's why I ordered out instead of making food. Then I realized, I could have just tipped the dude $10 AND got COVID-19 from him... what a golden move, Brino!

Lots of places are shutting down operations unless you are an essential business. Take precautions and help flatten the curve.

Did you know that with the flu, each sick person infects about 1.3 - 1.4 people, but with Covid-19 each sick person (potentially not even showing symptoms) infects about 3 people. If each person you infect, infects that same amount of people, and it goes to a degree of 10 the difference in amount of people YOU are responsible for infecting is astonishing!

The way this pandemic is happening is completely all over the place. It is making people become highly hypocritical and completely lost. It sort of feels like a movie.

The earth is literally going nuts over COVID-19. It is hard for me to personally decide how to feel about it because I have never seen anything like it. For example, it could turn out to be the worst thing that has ever happened to humanity... or it could be the best thing. Only time will tell - and a lot of us, especially in fast paced societies, don't like waiting for things.

These lockdowns, quarantines, and other things that are controlling our thoughts and behaviour is quite astounding to think of. A bit dystopic. My biggest fear is that this turns apocalyptic or Orwellian in the sense that we will be on lockdown and have no rights to our own free thought or speech. I'm not directly concerned about the virus.
