Today I reflect on my recent experience as a leader in Corporate America and the impact of being from poverty has had on my career and leadership. 

You know the dangers so why keep going? Why aren't you afraid? This journey is filled with valleys and peak, why do you keep going. Jay Z  said "Happy to be escaping poverty, however brief...I'd rather die enormous than live dormant, that's how we on it" in Can I Live 96'. I too channel that energy. I don't know how to stop and neither should you King! I am Forever Boro.

Why did I decide to do a podcast? This week I touch base on the word King and it's significance in our culture. We will be exploring these ideas as we grow into each new episode.
