A lot of people have asked me about the meal plan I’m doing since posting about it, mostly on my personal instagram so I wanted to share it with you in a little more detail. You know I don’t bullshit so I will not tell you about anything that I don’t love, use, have tried, etc. There’s no selling you wraps, shakes or any sh*t like that.
