The U.S. Supreme Court has ruled 9-0 that Boston had violated the free speech rights of Christian group, Camp Constitution when they refused to allow their flag fly at City Hall as part of a program that let private groups use the flagpole while holding an event in the plaza. Camp Constitution Director Harold Shurtleff joins Dan to discuss this big win for free speech.

Then, for the second half of the hour Dan dives into his third topic:

Biden’s “Ministry of Truth”. The Biden Administration has created a Disinformation Governance Board or as some are calling it a “Ministry of Truth”. It is spearheaded by the Department of Homeland Security in an effort to try to counter the spread of false information. The “Ministry’s” main focus will be on disinformation coming from Russia and misleading messages about the US/Mexico border. Tonight, your thoughts on the government’s new board.
