Bouchard says courts, legislature make it tough to hold crooks accountable

Oakland County Sheriff Mike Bouchard says the criminal justice process has made it so difficult to hold violent offenders, especially the young ones, accountable. He spoke with WWJ's Charlie Langton at the courthouse where a teenager was sentenced to 35 to 60 years in prison for the murder of Deputy Bradley Reckling.
