Ways to improve relationship with Self!
In today's episode we are discussing the importance of having a relationship with Self. I will be talking about some simple ways to build that relationship with self, how to improve your relationship with yourself. The one and most important relationship you have is the one with yourself. In order for all your other relationship to work, you need to consider the time you spend on yourself and your own needs. How we feel about ourselves, the thoughts that we have, the judgements we make and the beliefs we hold about ourselves will reflect on how we show up in the world.
My hope is that you step into working on your relationship with self because when you become more enthusiastic about life in general, the way you feel about yourself will change and you will see a positive improvement.
