She was thrown into motherhood at the age of 18 and had to navigate through the difficulties of pregnancy and parenthood with her partner. Today, she speaks about her experiences and provides advice for new mums who are in a similar position. She also speaks openly about her anxiety and depression around pregnancy and gives her best advice on how you can deal with post-natal depression. We finished the conversation talking about the best exercises that you can do to bounce back after pregnancy 🤍
