Boundaries have become a hot topic in my work. Whether I'm working with families, individuals with eating disorders, highly sensitive people, empaths, yoga teachers, therapists, coaches, or healers, the topic of boundaries always comes up.
We often think of boundaries in terms of our relationships with others and view them as a "no" or a negative. However, I invite you to consider boundaries in terms of management and as a means of expressing, and expanding love. Boundaries are essential in creating the space you need to thrive.
Internal boundaries, or your relationship with yourself, are particularly important because whatever is happening inside you is usually expressed externally. If you want to heal, you need to tell yourself that you can have anything you want and stop limiting yourself, not just in terms of food.
