Hello Everyone , welcome to the new episode of P.H.A.T ( Pretty Healthy and Tasty) . I am so excited to share this episode with you because In this episode, I had the opportunity to feature my dear friend, Hina Javaid-Camua. Hina currently attends Pepperdine University where she is completing the masters program in Marriage and Family Therapy. Hina beautifully explains boundaries from a personal and therapeutic outlook .
Through the episode we’ll discuss culture, family dynamics , and education as major attributes to understanding boundaries. Hina discusses the importance of being open minded in order to unlearn our prior understanding of ourselves and foster self-love. Most importantly, Hina shares her personal experience with confidence, unlearning old beliefs and conquering the guilt associated with setting boundaries. This is the episode you cannot miss out on because there are so many key take aways!
Thank you all for your continued support, enjoy!
