Today I bring you an interview with my friend Aimee Wilson from Hello Yes Coaching. I've known Aimee for about four years now, we both trained as Life Coaches together. Since then I've gone on to do some coaching with Aimee and her horses. Yes horses, you've heard me correctly Aimee blends her Life Coaching certification with her Equine Assisted Learning Certification EAL.

For those who haven't heard of EAL Aimee explains it better than me but it is the experience of interacting with horses to facilitate personal growth or learning.
