This week we sat down with Mary Van Geffen, a gentle parenting expert, to discuss how to determine if your child is spicy or not and then what to do about it. Spoiler alert. The problem probably isn't your child. It's probably how you are interacting with them that is causing all your problems. Mary explained that it is possible to become the gentle parent our kids need even if our parents weren't able to do that for us. She also teaches us why children need boundaries just as much as adults do. She is our boundaries boss bitch!
