Seth and George are back, again from Lord's, again with no Oliver or Kieran. It was an action-filled day at the Home of Cricket, with 16 wickets falling, Ryan Higgins coming to the rescue, and Zak Crawley going for a platinum duck. Elsewhere, there is discussion about Cheteshwar Pujara's sleeping habits, a bowlers' day in Birmingham, and Leicestershire proving the haters wrong.

Join Oliver and Seth, live not from a cricket ground for a change, but the safety of their own homes as they go through what was an incredible opening round of fixtures in the Rachael Heyhoe Flint Trophy.
