The dust has settled on Queensland's 100-day Olympic review, the focus is shifting towards the opportunities the Games present. 

Four-time Olympian, Cate Campbell, told Sofie Formica on 4BC Afternoons, "We focused a lot on the barriers and the obstacles, but let's have a look at the opportunities. And they are boundless. They're endless."

"Quaint, beautiful, tiny little Brisbane in the same sentence as Paris and LA. It is an Olympic city and we will get to take that to the world. In no other realm. Can you talk about Paris, LA, and Brisbane in the same sentence, unless you put it in the Olympic context?"

"And then we have a look at if cities do this right, if they invest wisely and with a future forward look to that vision, what can it do," Ms Campbell continued.
