We have something unique for you tonight from a company called Blind Barrels with Bobby DeMars, CEO/Founder. Find out how their subscription service works and how they help you learn more about bourbon and whiskey. We are lighting up a cigar that is a celebration of a Rocky Patel staple project called Edge that has been around for 20 years this week.

Part Two: Tasting Blind What else in life are we "tasting blind" without realizing it? How often are we making decisions based on labels before we try it? How often are our opinions actually ours or are they shaped by outside factors?

We have the guys from High Bank Distillery this week to talk about the newest edition of their Whiskey War Cigar Cask and their Watch Party happening this week for March Madness! This is Batch #5 of this Cigar Cask and we are excited to try it with something new from CAO Cigars, the Flathead Speed Shop.

Topic for Conversation: Take the Shot

Since it's March Madness season, tonight's Part 2 topic is 'Take the Shot.' And yeah, it starts with basketball—but it's really about life. A lot of people spend their whole lives pump-faking. Waiting. Overthinking. Looking for the perfect moment that never comes. Meanwhile, the people who actually get somewhere are usually the ones willing to step up, live with the result, and take the shot. You might miss. You might look stupid. You might get judged. But you definitely won't score by standing there holding the ball.

We are thrilled to have Ryan Venrick back in the garage this week to sample the newest of the Fall Finishing Series, Finished in Toasted Oak Barrels. This is currently only available in Ohio through Watershed's own lottery at watersheddistillery.com. We are lighting up the La Aroma de Cuba El Jefe Connecticut along with the bottle. Part Two: Who Gives a Sh*t? As the Fall season has arrived, we are enjoying some of our Fall hobbies such as sitting around a campfire, watching football, and drinking whiskey as usual. Sometimes our hobbies become passions and sometimes become overwhelmingly. Why do we get so passionate about things that clearly don't matter to other people? We are interested to see what Kamiki Maltage is all about along with a new cigar from La Gloria Cubana. Los Gloriosos is a new blend for the brand that is actually made by the original owner of the brand, Ernesto Perez Carillo.

Even though it is still turning the corner when it comes to the weather, we are looking forward to Spring. Spring brings the outdoors back to our daily lives, more outdoor chores, and just a "breath of fresh air." New beginnings in the Spring means more when there is preparation leading up to it. This also applies to work and life so let's discuss it.
