Bourbon and BS Podcast

We had a rescheduled guest tonight due to Covid reasons, so we had to call a last minute audible. Steve, Nate, and Dustin are going to be addressing some of the community's suggestions on this episode. Let's see what's in store in this lightening round of sorts. We are cracking a new one for us this week, Legent Bourbon, while smoking something we have certainly had before and typically enjoy, Illusione F9. We are just learning about this bottle yet we know about the gentlemen involved. Let's see how the two pair up together!

We continue on in Beyond the BS as Mike has changed many aspects of his life since we last saw him a couple years ago on this show. We are going to discuss how to grow and make change happen in life. This doesn't happen overnight and we look forward to the discussion with all of you! Pour one more...light up another...we'll figure it out together. We sit down with Mike McGovern tonight to have a pour out of the Barrell Bourbon New Year 2021 bottle! We are lighting up the Romeo y Julieta 1875 Nicaragua to perhaps pair with the whiskey. Thank you to Barrell Craft Spirits for the gifted bottle for us to celebrate the new year!

As we are closing out this year and looking at the next calendar year we are looking at things differently than most years turning the page. Most years we talk about resolutions and "new year, new me" types of outlooks, yet we are asking the question, what have you learned? For the sake of the future generations and the current ones, let's hope so! Pour one more...light up another...we'll figure it out together. We are joined by Miguel Schoedel tonight to smoke one of Crowned Heads' newer additions, Mil Dias. We are keeping the tradition alive with Miguel and cracking a rum instead of bourbon on this episode, as he is our resident "rum expert" and educates us every time he is on the show.

We continue into Beyond the BS and we wanted to tackle this one tonight with different perspectives, so we invited the ladies from Bourbon and Blondes to join the table. Listening can be a challenging thing and is something we all may struggle with when it comes to loved ones and business alike. This should have some takeaways for sure! We are joined by Josh Bentley, Altadis, and Abby and Alaina, Bourbon and Blondes, tonight to light up the BRAND NEW Montecristo 1935. We are cracking open a new bottle of Basil Hayden's 10 year Bourbon together to enjoy and talk about as well. What a powerhouse duo, so let's see if they pair up well together.

We are looking forward to learn about her journey and what makes this project so special! We are also joined by Josh Bentley, with Altadis, and Leigh Whitaker, with Oliva Cigars, to enjoy a special bottle of Russell's with some of cigars from both of the companies.
