I'm back and happy new year. Everyone is upset about the low amount of direct stimulus. No one seems to realize how the legislature will help those in need. Money is needed, but for those about to be homeless, the other parts of the package is more important. The kids about to be hungry from lack of food are thankful. Before we complain, remember to look at how the other is fairing in this time of need.

Christmas is upon us and I am not sure how the season feels to me. I wanted to check in on my listeners to see how you all are coping with the holidays. We are still in limbo about the level of interactions with family friends. I appreciate everyone that supports this podcast. I set up a poll on Instagram and Facebook asking if the people would get the covid-19 vaccination when it becomes available to the masses. The answers surprised me. I am one that is on the fence, but leaning toward getting the vaccination. This episode was inspired by a few conversations with young adults. We all feel invincible in our youth and this Covid-19 is not taking seriously enough. Society will be judged by the younger generation by how we handled its devastation. The regulations are for the most at risk in society. People are so consumed with their "rights" and selfishly overlook how their actions have the possibility to kill others unintenionally. Stay safe and remember the other.

We have lost the art of arguing. Somehow we have replaced that skill with fighting and yelling. It seems we don't know how to present and persuade ideas. Maybe everyone just needs to be right? Can friendships survive this type of toxic behavior?

America seems to be struggling with many moral dilemmas. The president doesn’t know how to lose gracefully and he may not have to lose with dignity. My mom passed on 11/15/20. She was a soul that brightened the world. This is part of my grieving process. I also said cpd, meaning COPD. This is my love letter and way of saying thank you to the woman that raised, shaped and molded me. Love you always mom.
