Saint Leo gained acclaim quickly as a James Beard semifinalist for Best New Restaurant and Emily has been recognized for her entrepreneurial abilities. 

We discuss Emily's path from growing up in California to more than a decade in New York where she acted Off-Broadway and in other pursuits before arriving in Oxford and deciding how to pursue her goal of a food venture in the Mississippi town.
